        本校「健康、快樂、創新、卓越」之願景係民國93年，第11任傅璧玉校長基於

九年一貫課程之精神，與校內同仁充分討論後訂定。

 

        民國97年李彥霖校長接任後，認為此願景符應全人教育、五育均衡發展之教育

理想，亦契合本縣 6E 教育政策（品格、閱讀、英語、科學、資訊、創造力）方向

有積極的正面意義，因此傳承延用，做為辦學之依據，並進一步詮釋如下：

 

        【健康】～ 健康生活：培養尊重生命，敬業樂群的健全兒童。

        【快樂】～ 快樂學習：培養探索世界，快樂成長的活潑兒童。

        【創新】～ 務實創新：培養有校學習，創先開展的E世代兒童。

        【卓越】～ 追求卓越：培養創造思考，掌握未來的世紀兒童。

               

        在願景引領下，全員共同推動校務發展、規劃課程及教學，將願景目標與相關

計畫整合，融入課程並安排各項學習，期使學生能體驗及落實學校願景的意義。
